Description: Upon entering from Croc's Lair, continue down the hallway and make a right. You'll see the interview sitting on the crate straight ahead.

Location: Old Sewer
Requirements: None
Description: Lying beside the dead body in the middle of the two way intersection.
Patient Interview Tape #3
Location: Surface Access
Requirements: None
Description: As soon as you enter the room (coming from the Main Sewer Junction), you'll find the interview tape sitting on the second box to the left.
Patient Interview Tape #4
Location: Pump Control Room
Requirements: None
Description: As you approach the entry door leading to the Pressure Control Junction, you'll find the interview tape sitting the barrel in the right corner.
Patient Interview Tape #5
Location: Pump Room
Requirements: Line Launcher
Description: As soon as you enter the room, take out your Line Launcher and glide over to the opposite platform. Sitting on the barrel to the right lies the interview tape.
