Patient Interview Tape #1

Location: Intensive Treatment Lobby

Requirements: None

Description: Upon entering from the Ventilation System, continue along the walkway and head inside the office building to the left. Right as you enter the first office room, you'll see the interview tape sitting on the desk to the left.

Patient Interview Tape #2

Location: Cell Block Transfer

Requirements: Cryptographic Sequencer (+Range Amplifier)

Description: Upon entering from the Intensive Treatment Lobby, head over to second office room to the right. Use your Cryptographic Sequencer (+Range Amplifier) to disable the security pad leading to the office room ahead. Once inside the room, you'll find the interview tape sitting in between the two computers.

Patient Interview Tape #3

Location: Secure Transit

Requirements: None

Description: Upon entering from the right door of Cell Block Transfer, turn right and go up the stairs leading to the office room. Sitting on the desk to the left lies the interview tape.

Patient Interview Tape #4

Location: Secure Transit

Requirements: None

Description: Upon entering from Cell Block Transfer, drop down to the ground level of the room and head up the stairs leading to the office room (right of the map). Inside the room you'll find the interview tape sitting on the desk to the left.

Patient Interview Tape #5

Location: Decontamination

Requirements: None

Description: Upon entering from the Processing Corridor, head over to the first office room to the right. Use your Cryptographic Sequencer to disable the security pad. Inside the room on the desk to the left lies the interview tape.
