Description: Upon entering from the ventilation duct, use your Ultra Batclaw to pull down the destructable wall above to the right of the two way intersection. Drop down from the ledge and enter the surgical room to the left. The Riddler Trophy is sitting to the left on the counter.

Location: Maintenance Access
Requirements: None
Description: Upon entering from the Arkham West entrance, drop down from the ledge and enter the ventilation duct to the right. Continue along the duct and make a right at the two way intersection. At the exit of the duct lies the Riddler Trophy.
Riddler Trophy #5
Location: Sanatorium
Requirements: Explosive Gel
Description: Upon entering from the Medical Foyer, drop down to the floor below and make your way into the room in the back right corner. Walk over to the wall straight ahead and use your Explosive Gel to take out the destructible wall. Inside the opposite room lies the hidden Riddler Trophy.

Location: Sanatorium (Ventilation System)
Requirements: Ultra Batclaw
Description: Make your way to the back right end of the room and grapple up the ledge above. Use your Ultra Batclaw to pull down the vent door. At the end of the duct, drop down into the room ahead. Inside the room lies the Riddler Trophy.

Description: As you enter the room, take out your Cryptographic Sequencer to disable security pad. When you reach the top of the staircase, you'll find the Riddler Trophy sitting on top the medical table.

Description: Right as you enter the room grapple up to the roof of the of the office building. The Riddler Trophy is sitting on the center of the roof.
