Patient Interview Tape #1

Location: Cells Access

Requirements: None

Description: Right as you enter the building (coming from Arkham West), you'll find the tape sitting on the desk to the right.

Patient Interview Tape #2

Location: Main Cell Block

Requirements: None

Description: Upon entering form Cells Access, look up and grapple to the platform above. When you reach the top of the platform, turn right and head through the disabled security door. When you reach the other side of the platform, head inside the office room to the left. You'll see the patient interview tape sitting on the desk to the right.

Patient Interview Tape #3

Location: Guard Room

Requirements: None

Description: Upon entering from Main Cell Block, turn left through the disabled security door and head over where the two Arkham guards are. The tape is sitting on the stack of papers to the left to where one of the guards is standing.

Patient Interview Tape #4

Location: Controlled Access

Requirements: None

Description: Upon entering from the Main Cell Block, head to the back of the room and make your way up the stairs near the Extreme Incarnation entrance door. At the top of the stairs, head left inside the office room. The tape is inside the office room sitting on the desk to the left.

Patient Interview Tape #5

Location: Extreme Incarnation

Requirements: None

Description: Upon entering from Controlled Access, head into the control tower straight ahead and make your way up the stairs to the second floor. Inside the office room you'll find the interview tape sitting on the desk to the left.
