Found towards the very beginning of the level. After securing the first hostage from the enemy terrorists, head up the flight of stairs to the right of the breach door. Just before heading outside to the next area, observe the work shelf in the back left corner. You'll see the Intel sitting on the shelf in between the set of yellow floodlights and the toolbox.
Enemy Intel Item #23
The next Intel item is just past where you rescued the second set of hostages. Head inside the room to marked with the number 1 (It'll be inside the room just before heading up the next flight of stairs). As soon as you enter the room, you'll see it sitting on the first shelf to the right.
Enemy Intel Item #24
Just before going up the last flight of stairs, head inside the room to your right. Inside you'll see the last Intel item of the level sitting on the wooden create below the stairway.
