The first Intel item of the level is found in the second room, upon breaching the Whiskey Hotel. You'll see it sitting on a sofa to the left.

The last Intel item can be found just before completing the level as you race up to the top floor to deploy the green flares on the roof. When you make it to the top of the first staircase (staircase before deploying the green flairs) turn over to the right side of the room. You'll see the Intel sitting on a crate near the window sill.
