Chapter 3-3
As soon as the level begins, pick off the group of majini riding on the two boats from behind. Turn around to the front of the boat and kill the majini on the platforms using the explosive barrels to your advantage.
Once you reach the docking station, head left along the platform. At the center of the walkway, turn right and shoot BSSA Emblem #18 latched under the metal support beam. Continue left across the walkway and pull the lever to open the gate.
While riding along the river, shoot the majini on the platforms and duck the metal beams by pressing X.
Once you make it to the second docking station, take out the two turret gunners (using the steel wall for cover). Climb the ladder up to the center building and collect the Emerald (Marquise) inside the drawer.
Climb down from the ledge and track back to the far south end of the docks. Grab the M3 (MG) inside the metal case on the table next to the hut containing the handgun ammo, machine gun ammo, firs aid spray. Head back over to the docking station and pull the levers to open the gate.
While Irving swims left along the boat, command Sheva to man the turret. While Sheva mans the turret, take out your machine gun and shoot the orange bulb exposed on the creatures back. Irving will then retreat underwater and rise up to the deck sprouting four tentacles. Take out your machine gun and shoot off the tentacles. Irving will once again submerge back into the water and rise back up on the deck to try and attack you from up close. Quickly dodge the attack by pressing the X button, and shoot the glowing orange orb exposed on the left side of its face.
Eventually Irving will attach himself to the back of the boat. He will open his mouth leaving Irving's human body exposed. Pair up with Sheva and gun him down using the turrets along the sides of the boat. After a number of shots, Irving will once again rise up on the deck to try and attack you from up close. Quickly dodge the attack by pressing the X button, and shoot the glowing orange orb exposed on the left side of its face.
