After the boss fight against the Uroboros, head into the room with the two large fans. Inside the right fan lies BSAA Emblem #25. Turn left and climb up the ladder. Inside the controller room, turn left to the safe, and grab the Sapphire (Marquise). Head back outside and continue down the hallway to the exit door.

Quickly take cover behind the wall and kill the soldiers with on the opposite platform. Continue down walkway and take out the Reaper that drops down from above. Hop across the gap and turn left down the walkway. Kill the next set of soldiers and go through the door into the control room. Grab the Dragonov (RIF) inside the metal case on the table. Pull down the lever to power the generator outside.

Leave the room and pull the lever to call over the platform. Take out your rifle and pick off the three approaching majini on the platform. Move onto the platform and have Sheva pull the lever to send you to the other side of the walkway. Once on the other side, pull the lever to bring over Sheva t the walkway.

Continue left up to the walkway and snipe the two soldiers up ahead holding the RPGs. Head inside the control room and kill the approaching soldiers. On the table nearest to the northern entrance to the control oom lies the Royal Necklace. Exit the through the back door and head to the next area.

Head onto the elevator and pull down the lever. As you ride up the shaft, kill the soldiers standing on the bridge. Midway up the shaft, a soldier standing on the ledge will pull down on a lever preventing the elevator from riding up. Once you reach the top of the shaft, take out the soldiers on the bridge and proceed to the exit door. Break open the wooden crates for gold/ammo and head down the staircase to the circular elevator. At the bottom of the staircase, draw your attention to the ledge above. Take out your rifle and snipe BSAA Emblem #26 latched to the bottom of the ledge.

Right before entering the mining area, shoot down the shining pendant latched in the rocks above to receive the Ruby (Brilliant). Head right of the bridge past the building and pull the lever to power back the mining elevator. Track back to the mining elevator. Walk behind the lever of the mining elevator and look down below. You will BSAA Emblem #27 latched to the wall. Power back the mining elevator and have Sheva pull the lever to send you up to the walkway.

Kill the approaching Lickers and push down the crate that's blocking your path. Jump down into the house and grab the Gold Chalice inside the locker. Pull down the lever to lower the bridge ahead. As you cross the bridge, draw your attention to the shining pendant above. Shoot the pendant and collect Topaz (Brilliant) on the ground. Call over Sheva to the exit door.

Right when the battle begins, run over to the blue door to the right. Let Wesker kick you through the door and proceed up the stairs. Continue down the halls and head into the first room you see. As you enter the room, turn right and break open the vase. Inside the vaze you'll find the Topaz (Oval). Continue inside the room and make a left. Call over Sheva and open the tomb. Inside the tomb you will find the Sapphire (Oval), Sapphire (Brilliant), and L. Hawk (MAG).

Head out the room and take cover behind a wall and wait for Wesker to come walking down the hallway. Unload as many shots as you can into Wesker's head/body. Repeat this method of hide & go seek until Wesker retreats (At the beginning of the next fight, make sure to pick up the Heart of Africa at the bottom center of the staircase).

The next part of the level requires you to remove the pendant off of Jill's chest. Before going down the stairs make a left and go down the walkway. Break open the wooden crates and pick up the Emerald (Brilliant). Track back down the hallway and head down the stairs. As you approach Jill hit X to try and entreat her. When done enough times Jill will drop back in pain, trying to fight the mind control she's under. Quickly run over to grab hold of her while Sheva tries to take the pendant off. After numerous attempts of entreating and trying to remove the pendant, Sheva will be able to throw Jill to the ground allowing you to finally pull off the pendant.
